In “Dragon Ball: Sleeping Princess in Devil’s Castle (1987)” Bulma arrives at Devil’s Hands, a castle populated by demons, and is forcibly placed to a chair.

The monsters begin groping her breasts with a feather duster in preparation to rip out her heart, and Bulma, who is a genius, does not immediately realize what kind of hands she has fallen into, and laughs at being tickled.

Thus, we find out that she is ticklish in her boobs.

Bulma resorts to tickling her nose with a feather duster to make Lunch sneeze, and turn her into the battling blonde version of herself.

In the Italian dubbing, during the Saiyan Saga, Master Roshi gropes Bulma’s butt, she becomes enraged and beats him, but because of censorship she says, “Stop tickling me!”

In the original manga, Pilaf’s “torture” boiled down to throwing the girl a kiss from a distance: evidently now the evil pixie has decided to try harder to wear down our handsome genius’ resistance. Apparently, she doesn’t get so much of a flinch when her hips, armpits and feet are under attack!

Bad-Pierrot outdoes himself with this tickle torture scene against Bulma and Mai perpetrated by Husky. The situation is rich in detail, with Bulma being assaulted both in the armpits via feathers and on her bare feet in fishnet stockings. The torturer enjoys the scene of the poor women being forced into a deluge of laughter. Now that’s efficient torture, other than Pilaf’s!

The girl, pinned down by mechanical hands, is assaulted in the feet and armpits by the villain’s mechanical limbs, which force her to laugh and cry her eyes out. Incautiously, Mai gets too close and the machine captures her as well, subjecting her to the same torment: apparently the two women are terribly ticklish in the same way, good for us!
