Seikon no Qwaser (聖痕のクェイサー, Seikon no Kueisā), also known as The Qwaser of Stigmata, is a Japanese seinen manga series written by Hiroyuki Yoshino and illustrated by Kenetsu Satō, adapted into a two-season anime by Hoods Entertainment that aired from 2010 to 2011.

The story centers on Mafuyu Oribe and Tomo Yamanobe, students at St. Mihailov Academy, a Japanese Eastern Orthodox school, who face bullying until they encounter the injured silver-haired Russian Qwaser Alexander “Sasha” Nikolaevich Hell. Sasha, a Qwaser who manipulates iron by consuming Soma—a milk-like energy from women’s breasts—protects them amid a war between the Athos religious order and the Adepts sect over a sacred icon called the Theotokos of Tsarytsin.

The first season ran for 24 episodes from January 10 to June 20, 2010, followed by a 12-episode second season, Seikon no Qwaser II, from April to June 2011; it features heavy fan service, violence, supernatural action, harem, and school elements in the urban fantasy genre. Licensed by Sentai Filmworks, the series draws on religious and chemical themes but sparked controversy for its explicit content.

In Seikon no Qwaser Season 1, Episode 4 (“The Queen and I”), Teresa Beria, a nun character, endures a short tickle torture sequence while restrained by captors. The scene where Tomo and Teresa were kidnapped was shown in the manga, although the tickle scenes were never shown in the manga.

Tomo assists Teresa in fitting a matching pink lingerie set inside a fitting area at a lingerie boutique. Once both strip down to their underclothes, a shop assistant bursts in, zaps them unconscious with a taser device. Downstairs beneath the store in a hidden cellar, thugs set up to record an erotic specialty video starring the pair in their skimpy attire.

Tomo participates in a quiz challenging her to identify a Chinese character; her mistake triggers a penalty where several guys use feather wands to tease her underarms, sparking wild bursts of laughter.

Teresa appears in minimal clothing, such as underwear, bound and blindfolded in a dimly lit room as men surround her for interrogation. One uses a backscratcher tool on her left ribs briefly, while others target her bare breasts for about four seconds, causing intense laughter and squirming.
