Seinaru Otome to Himegoto wo (English title: “Doing Secret Things with the Holy Maidens” or “The Holy Maiden and the Secret”) is a Japanese seinen manga series written and illustrated by Bonjin Hirameki. Serialized on Kodansha’s Young Magazine Web since 2024, it features isekai, comedy, fantasy, harem, and sentimental elements with adult themes.

Itsuki Kusaka is transported to a fantasy world where men are forbidden in certain cities. A goddess summons him to provide “sex education” to holy maiden candidates—sisters serving her—to help them prepare for their roles, promising his return to Japan upon completion.

Seinaru Otome to Himegoto wo Chapter 20 is part of Volume 3 of this ongoing seinen manga, released around late 2024. Titled “A Wish Upon the Moon,” it continues the isekai story where protagonist Itsuki provides intimate “education” to holy maiden candidates in a fantasy world.

Here, tickling is offered as a part of the sexual education of the female protagonist.
