1) Do you want to tell us something about yourself and your art?
Okay! I’m Virtuallickerart (my nickname is more like a caricature that I came up with spontaneously, lol XD), and I draw in the themes of foot fetish and tickling.
Leggi tutto: Tickle artists #157: interview with Virtuallickerart2) What techniques do you use to draw? Do you have a favorite artist that inspires you?
I don’t really have any specific technique, since I’m self-taught and have never attended art courses or art schools, so my approach is more intuitive and spontaneous. At the same time, I watch content on YouTube and analyze the styles of other artists, but mostly I draw in a line-art style . I have many favorite artists. There are truly a lot of talented people among us that I’m really proud of, and I probably can’t list them all at once, but my first inspirations in the tickling/foot fetish sphere were wtfeather, pawfeather, and quintonquill! Also worth mentioning are kandenrem, pirata3, and kusujinn.
3) How much was the passion for drawing born in you? And the one for the tickle?
I started drawing around high school, but back then it had nothing to do with my fetishes. I was into speedpaints, and that inspired me to buy my first graphic tablet! That was in 2019, and I don’t think I was into drawing before that, nor did I ever think I would actually become an artist. Since then, my passion for drawing has only grown. I have my original profile where I started, and I later separated Virtuallickerart as my fetish art profile. Though I should note that people seem to like the latter more than the original one, lol.
As for tickling, I noticed this interest since mid-childhood, and I don’t really remember why or when exactly. I just liked teasing girls by tickling their feet, and it gave me a kind of satisfaction, like a need for some form of control over others.
I like seeing how others “suffer” in this rather cute and funny way :] I just couldn’t explain it to myself back then, and I thought I was weird, but when I discovered the internet, I finally understood what fetishes are.
4) What are the tickling scenarios that you prefer to draw?
I like scenarios involving animals, both real and fantasy ones, tentacles, plants (for example, piranhas), or other elements of the environment. I enjoy more unusual scenarios rather than just tickling between two people, although I also like that.

5) What are the aspects of tickling that you intend to represent with your art? Example: the laughing, the wriggling, the relationship between tickler and ticklee?
Since this is an erotic field, it’s quite important, and I try (maybe not always successfully) to convey emotions as genuinely and sincerely as possible. I like depicting both a sense of helplessness and, at the same time, a more voluntary enjoyment from the “victim”, a feeling of tension and unpredictability… that’s it.
6) Online there are countless photos and videos of tickling sessions. In your opinion, what do illustrations offer more than images of real life?
I think yes, because illustrations are more accessible to everyone and don’t require additional partners, at least. Illustrations can be more fantastical and cover more areas than real-life material, and they can satisfy a wider range of viewer preferences, especially since there are so many artists—which means more perspectives!
7) In your opinion, what makes tickling so interesting for fans of this phenomenon?
I think, first of all, it’s about the feeling of control over others, or maybe you simply like feeling helpless and want to experience being a “victim” of this rather cute and funny form of control and “teasing” :* It’s generally more voluntary compared to, for example, whipping or dripping hot wax on a partner, or other forms of physical pain. Though everyone sees it differently.
8) What are your works of which you are most proud?
I don’t have many works in the tickling or foot fetish sphere yet, but I’m proud of my works with Brazilian Miku, helpless Nami, and a recent commission with Astrid.

9) Do you have any particular artistic goals for the future?
Yes, I want to develop my style and skills, become more recognizable, and bring more emotions to viewers while satisfying their deepest desires >:] If I could also earn a stable monthly income from this, that would be much better, and I could truly dedicate myself to it! I’d also like to try animation, but that’s not in the near future yet :
10) Do you think AIs will end up enriching or impoverishing the art of tickling representations?
I think this question applies not only to tickling but to digital art as a whole. Without exaggeration, some AI-generated works can evoke emotions—they can be that refined. However, I don’t agree that these works are original, since they are the result of the skills of those whose works the AI has used. I am absolutely against AI content creators commercializing these generated works, as they are not truly theirs. It’s a matter of love for the craft and respect for the work and experience of others. Personally, I try to avoid AI-generated works, although nowadays it’s becoming harder to distinguish original art from AI-generated content.
