1) Do you want to tell us something about yourself and your art?
I’m Slimeup, I’ve been actively drawing tickling content since about december 2023 – so roughly a year and a half. I draw tickle content as a hobby, I guess you could say! Though I’ve been following the tickle art community for a while before then.
Leggi tutto: Tickle artists #128: Interview with SlimeupAs for my art in detail, I draw feet and tickling pictures of various female characters – mostly videogames and anime, but I also have a few OCs I use here and there.
2) What techniques do you use to draw? Do you have a favorite artist that inspires you?
I have a bizarre way of drawing, really. I use one program to sketch, then another for lineart and everything else – probably ineffective, horribly so – but it’s what i’m used to now.
As for favorite artists, it’s difficult to say, fetish-wise. There are quite a few, though it’s always a strange experience to actually get to know them and then befriend them. Though right now, I would probably say:
- K-Rha
- Huxudyq
- LethalTK
- KandenRem
To name a few of them, at least.
3) How much was the passion for drawing born in you? And the one for the tickle?
My relationship with drawing is, just like my method of drawing, strange. I drew a bunch as a child, of course, but that eventually shifted to basic 3D rendering and image manipulation as interests, only a few years ago did I really sit down and start trying to learn to properly draw. I did actually start this account with doing AI content for a while, until a different artist i was following approached me and motivated me to start drawing again.
My passion for tickling though, that was quite literally always there. Tickling and feet are both interests I’ve had ever since I was a child, very much overpowering any other kind of attraction I’d feel at that age. So I eventually just tried doing tickling content via AI as an outlet- which then evolved into drawings- and here we are!
4) What are the tickling scenarios that you prefer to draw?
In general, I like for my drawings to have a sensible scenario for the character in it. The setting should fit, not be too jarring, and a little story to go along always brings the pictures to the next level for me, personally.
Though for the content, It’s definitely more on the longer tickle torture/”tickle hell” scenarios im interested in. Be it via magic, technology, or whatever. Sometimes I do add a little aftermath image to show that the lee is fine, though- it depends, really.

5) What are the aspects of tickling that you intend to represent with your art? Example: the laughing, the wriggling, the relationship between tickler and ticklee?
I think I most like to represent the actual touch of tickling, the contact between fingers/tongues/tools and the skin (mostly feet) is the biggest factor for me, I’d like to think. But second to that is the reaction, I reckon.
6) Online there are countless photos and videos of tickling sessions. In your opinion, what do illustrations offer more than images of real life?
Simply put, the things that aren’t possible. From basic stuff like “generic tickle machine” to more out there concepts like “spell that increases sensitivity 100x”, are all things that can’t be properly shown in real life content. The fantasy of there being no physics to save the lee from laughing, I suppose.
7) In your opinion, what makes tickling so interesting for fans of this phenomenon?
I really can’t say. To me it’s as inherent as any other attraction, it just feels right. Though I suppose everyone has their own explaination. Be it the dominance, the laughter, or the sensual skin contact.
8) What are your works of which you are most proud?
Difficult to say! It might be recent bias, but I really feel like I did well with “Sabrina’s perfectly balanced Challenge”. It has nice perspective, shading, and of course a scenario about ghosts tickling and lickling someone is always a bonus.

9) Do you have any particular artistic goals for the future?
I feel as though I have yet to find a proper style. I recognize that I DO have a style at the moment, but I want it to be more distinct, to pop more, without alienating anyone, though. Hopefully at least.
10) Do you think AIs will end up enriching or impoverishing the art of tickling representations?
As someone who started with AI in tickling space – I can’t be fully against it. Now hear me out – in very very rare circumstances, and someone uses AI to convey their ideas into pictures – is then motivated enough to use that storytelling ability that’s been built up to actually start drawing? I think that’s great. If you only plan to use AI, with no goals to add a more personal pencil stroke, though? It’ll be damaging.
