1) Do you want to tell us something about yourself and your art?
I went to a traditional art academy for 5 years, where I learned to paint in oil, charcoal and pastel. I also majored in computer science.
I’ve been painting since I was little but it wasn’t until 2017 that I took it more seriously and started learning by myself how to do digital painting. That was the year when I started having a lot of medical problems with my joints and muscles, because of my joint hypermobility, and painting really helped me a lot.
I started working on commissions and I didn’t really have anything in mind to start drawing. I saw that a lot of artists did pin ups, fanart and fantasy pictures, but I slowly started to focus on things like tickling, navels, muscles, transformations, etc. thanks to my clients requests.
2) What techniques do you use to draw? Do you have a favorite artist that inspires you?
I draw with a digital tablet. At first I did a lot of soft shading/painting, but lately I’m mixing it with cel shading, and I’m finding an upgrade in my style.
I really liked Sakimichan when I started drawing. I also like MilesDF, Holivi and Slugbox.
3) How much was the passion for drawing born in you? And the one for the tickle?
I’ve been drawing since I can remember. I took the opportunity to start working on it seriously because I didn’t have much choice at the moment. I really hope I can keep working on pictures and make a living.
I started drawing tickle pictures, because of my clients, and I’ve been loving it! I think it all started with drawings of navels, and that led to tickling too! I found it really fun to draw!
4) What are the tickling scenarios that you prefer to draw?
I like a lot the scenarios that combine tickles with bondage ropes, or more fantasy ones, with tentacles or snake coiling. I’m also starting to draw pictures of people “stuck in glue”, I didn’t know about that until a few months ago, and I think that could mix really well with tickles!

5) What are the aspects of tickling that you intend to represent with your art? Example: the laughing, the wriggling, the relationship between tickler and ticklee?
Laughing, I really like how these pictures can look like an extremely fun time.
6) Online there are countless photos and videos of tickling sessions. In your opinion, what do illustrations offer more than images of real life?
I think that with illustrations you can do more over the top things. Or more complex things that with photos or videos would be difficult. Also, you can mix it with more fantasy ideas, and people can use their original characters and put them in these situations.

7) In your opinion, what makes tickling so interesting for fans of this phenomenon?
It’s something that’s fun, and can also be very sexy. It has a lot of potential.
8) What are your works of which you are most proud?
In this page you can see some of the pictures I’m most proud of, about tickles.
And I’m currently working on a project of tickling plus coiling that I’m enjoying a lot. This was the first one of the project.

9) Do you have any particular artistic goals for the future?
Keep learning and doing better drawings that people and clients enjoy. And being able to keep working on this!
10) Do you think AIs will end up enriching or impoverishing the art of tickling representations?
I’m not sure about AI, it’s going too fast for me, in very little time we have AI everywhere, so I’m not really sure what that would mean for us. It’s a bit frightening, to say the least.
It seems AI only repeat what it takes from artists, so at the end, it’ll need artists who create new things.
