Tickle scenes with Sue Ane Langdon

In “The New Interns,” Langdon plays a woman who pretends to be paralyzed in order to receive medicine from the hospital. The doctor who examines her (Bob Callahan) performs the Babinski reflex on her feet, noting that the feedback is negative. The woman laughs twice at the tickle.

Although it is not a tickle scene, we also have a TV scene based on forced laughter.

Sue Ane Langdon appeared in the 1966 episode “The Night of the Steel Assassin” of the TV series The Wild Wild West, where she portrayed Nina Gilbert. In this episode, Nina is the niece of a man murdered by Colonel “Iron Man” Torres, a former Army officer who has been transformed into a nearly indestructible assassin through cybernetic enhancements. Nina becomes a key figure in the plot, as she is manipulated by Torres using hypnosis and auto-suggestion techniques, which also affect Artemus Gordon. Her character’s involvement is central to the episode’s narrative, intertwining with the main characters’ efforts to thwart Torres’s vengeful plans.

In one scene, Torres subjects Gilbert to a machine that produces a light that can hypnotize her: the man orders her to laugh, and the woman begins to giggle for a long time.
