1) Do you want to tell us something about yourself and your art?
Greetings! I am a Brazilian guy creating tickling content under the name dtka66. In 2016, I began submitting fetish content on deviantArt and TMF. Since then, I have gone through some sites – got kicked out from a few of them, haha! – have always been interested in exploring twisted ideas, with a particular focus on foot tickling.
Leggi tutto: Tickling Artist #33: Interview with Dtka662) What techniques do you use to draw? Do you have a favorite artist that inspires you?
My main technique is Photomanipulation using Photoshop. Some of my inspirations came from the works of Georges Pichard, Franco Saudelli, BAC, Shock, Shorty04/RedDragon, ShanE… and also from the covers of comics and metal band albums from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s.
3) How much was the passion for drawing born in you? And the one for the tickle?
When I was a child, I watched a scene from a movie that consisted of: a female prisoner wearing a jumpsuit… her bare feet over a copper plate… a wooden chair with lots of leather straps… and electricity (first “click”). After that, I started to have a certain interest in (barefooted) damsels in distress scenes. Few years ahead, with the advent of the internet, I saw a Harmony Concepts banner with a small picture captioned “Tickling” (second “click”). More years ahead, one day I was tired of scouring the web looking to find content I desired. So, I decided to make my own pictures, giving life to my own ideas. And here I am, keep creating these ideas.
4) What are the tickling scenarios that you prefer to draw?
Foot stimulation procedures in prisons, institutions and secret facilities.
5) What are the aspects of tickling that you intend to represent with your art? Example: the laughing, the wriggling, the relationship between tickler and ticklee?
I have something with anticipation scenes. Tickling’s psychological aspect is crucial for me to be able to give meaning to the scenery I bring in. I also need a good plot that connects a whole narrative that describes the situation depicted in the picture. The outcome can either be to maintain the state of anticipation; or to portray an intense tickling scene. But… I really love anticipations!
6) Online there are countless photos and videos of tickling sessions. In your opinion, what do illustrations offer more than images of real scenes?
I think that whatever illustration techniques artists use, artwork continues to shatter boundaries and can take tickling scenes to levels of intensity and surprising possibilities. This is why illustrations can provide more than just depictions of real-life scenes.
7) In your opinion, what makes tickling so interesting for fans of this phenomenon?
We are talking about a fetish with a large range of possibilities, from a more romantic approach to pure sadism. It is amazing to me that tickling appears so inoffensive while really being so powerful and terrible. Plus, the tickling effects might be so devastating to a ticklee that you feel as if you have superpowers at your fingertips!
8) What are your works of which you are most proud?
I love all the universe created for D.T.K.A.66 during those years… and recently, Criminal Soles Magazine!
9) Do you have any particular artistic goals for the future?
I will try to make more analog foot tickling horror content in future.
10) Do you think AIs will end up enriching or impoverishing the art of tickling representations?
Everything is dependent on the final outcome. I believe that combining and composing photographic artwork with AI produces really interesting results. However, a “kinky hand” of human beings is still required to prevent tickling content from becoming a process with repetitive output and industrialized looking.
