The story revolves around Silvio, an American CIA agent known as Agent X-15, who travels to Spain on a high-stakes undercover mission. While in Madrid, Silvio crosses paths with Carmen, a vibrant Andalusian performer, whom he later discovers is Secondino’s niece.

When Secondino unexpectedly passes away without revealing where he hid the formula, chaos ensues. International operatives from competing nations descend upon Spain to claim the invention, leading to a series of kidnappings, comical mix-ups, and romantic intrigue between Silvio and Carmen, before the secret is finally located in a most unexpected place.
