Fharalys and JennyGirlArt give us a hypothetical rematch of the sinewy Spopovich against the champion of Satan City: he defeated her on the field, and now he wants to hear her laugh!
The level of detail in the scene is good, especially the feet stretching subject to the ticklish attack. Videl’s expression and the girl’s position are less convincing to me, but overall it’s a really tantalizing illustration!

In this what if scenario made by Kyuusotei, Caterpy, the famous tickle monster from Dragon Ball Z, who in the canonical scene shows off his tickle attack against Goku, here is grappling with Videl in the course of the Tenkaichi Tournament.
The girl, combative as ever, attacks the monster but is surprised by its many arms, ideal for immobilizing her victim.
She soon realizes that that vulnerability could be fatal to her: Caterpie begins to tickle her armpits and hips and thighs with his tiny hands.
The girl, taken aback, begins to laugh, but soon regains control and flaunts determination and self-assurance.
The confrontation goes on with the monster testing her weakness.
Videl alternates between moments in which she snickers helplessly and others in which she tries to dominate herself, with Caterpy urging her to surrender.
